A manifesto is a public declaration of principles and intentions, and too often I hear women say disparaging remarks about their appearance. Those remarks are unspoken manifestos and with each repetition these statements grow stronger in our minds. This is my response to those who would say that beautiful lingerie is “too nice” for everyday, or that they are waiting to lose x number of pounds before they buy something… why wait to start loving and accepting yourself, when more often than not that day will not come. So let’s re-write our manifesto, let’s start loving ourselves today, and what better way to begin than with the layer closest to our skin - lingerie.
